Journal Prompt: Three Good Things

This week,  focus on “rewiring” your brains to notice the positive. Studies show that we are 3x more productive and 33% better at sales when in a positive mind state. This deceptively simple exercise has been shown to increase happiness and decrease depressive symptoms for at least 6 months (Seligman et al., 2005). 

Every night, just before going to sleep, write down three things that went well during the day.
