Full program description

Customized From Start to Finish

Goal Setting: We help you identify who to include in Success Circles and the leadership competencies they need most. Our coaches guide participants as they select goals and contract with their managers to ensure alignment.

Development: Members submit feedback on their challenges and achievements at the end of every circle meeting. This helps us tailor monthly networking webinars to the most urgent concerns of the group. It also provides stakeholders with an instant climate survey.

The Power of Belonging

The “great resignation” is only forecast to intensify. What differentiates teams that strengthen vs. fracture through challenge? Belonging. Beyond inclusion- belonging invites employees to care more, risk more, and give more. Far from breaking, belonging deepens commitment through times of stress and uncertainty. Strong teams stick together.

 

Take Aways

In the final survey, participants and their managers rate progress on competency development. This along with their testimonials helps us measure program ROI, identify additional needs, and target areas for further development. During the graduation participants and managers come together to celebrate the personal, professional, and business breakthroughs that circle members achieve.
