This program is designed for selected leaders ready to move up to the most senior levels in the organization. Each mentee is matched with a key organization leader who provides individual mentoring over a nine month period. In addition, mentees participate in peer mentoring (Success Circles®) and in elite networking sessions designed to enhance access to a whole network of senior level allies. Mentees not only get to know their assigned partners but become part of a broader network of decision makers ready to lead the company to future success. Our team development program links new insights on valuing differences to current research on building high performance teams. Using a patented model of team development, we show groups how to successfully manage difference through every stage of team development, from forming to performing. Along the way, participants learn to overcome the traps that get teams stuck using techniques that build cohesion without sacrificing individual difference.
Sessions are facilitated by experienced team effectiveness consultants and customized to the needs of each group.
