This workshop for teams helps participants use their diversity as a catalyst for achieving exponential performance improvements. Research shows that teams with greater levels of diversity are more innovative, resilient and successful, provided they first learn how to successfully manage their differences. Using a patented model of team development, this program shows groups how to successfully manage differences through every stage of their growth from forming, norming, storming, to performing. Along the way participants learn to overcome the traps that get teams stuck using techniques that build cohesion without sacrificing individual diversity.

Sessions are facilitated by experienced team effectiveness consultants and customized to the issues of each group. They include exercises designed to build trust, strengthen relationships, establish the team’s vision, values, goals, and norms while ensuring every member plays a vital role in the group’s success.
