MEET BRIGID MOYNAHAN
Founder and President of The Next Level, Inc.
For more than twenty years, Brigid Moynahan has provided consultation and training to a virtual Who's Who of Fortune 500 companies including 15 of the Diversity, Inc. Top 50. She's played a vital role as advisor to clients who have won the Catalyst Award for advancing women's leadership. These include JP Morgan Chase, Chubb & Son, Johnson & Johnson, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche and others.

Brigid 's executive program for women at the Rutgers Institute for Women's Leadership embodies best practices and pioneering methods for developing women in a cross section of industries. Her programs on microinequities have been recognized around the world and profiled by the Conference Board and the Catalyst Foundation. Her most recent contribution is Success Circles®, a peer coaching system that joins leaders together to deepen relationships, solve problems, share work challenges, overcome limitations and significantly advance their careers.
Through her work as an executive coach, Brigid guides clients as they strengthen their leadership, develop others and build powerful alliances that fuel growth and innovation. A constant innovator, Brigid's latest keynote is a comedy illustrating leadership issues entitled “Tightropes and Tornado's; The Women's Leadership Journey.”

Maddie Hunter

An organizational and leadership coach and consultant for more than 20 years, Maddie is known for her ability to meet a particular need with a customized solution. Her expertise in coaching, leadership development, and facilitation was honed in her role as Team Effectiveness and Leadership Consultant at AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent, and Avaya.

Maddie brings a systems engineering background to her work with technical organizations. She has deep insight about how to guide clients to gain clarity about who they are, what they stand for and how to move towards their goals. She is a highly skilled facilitator of The Rutgers Senior Leadership Program for Professional Women as well as other Next Level programs.

PHOEBE ATKINSON, EXECUTIVE COACH AND TRAINER

Phoebe Atkinson

As a member of The Next Level, Inc., Phoebe has partnered extensively in the design and facilitation of The Rutgers Senior Leadership Program for Professional Women, and provided executive coaching to women in insurance, financial, and non-profit sectors.

Phoebe’s work with women leaders has also included the development and training of programs for the Girl Scouts of America which grew out of her research with the Stone Center’s relational model for women’s development. In addition to her work with corporate clients, Phoebe has a highly successful private practice where she uses experiential training methods to help groups and individuals gain personal insight, influence, and effectiveness.

Licensed clinical social worker and Board Certified Psychodramatist with a private practice in NYC. Has taught group dynamics at the Masters Level at Rutgers University, psychodramatic technique at The Psychodrama Institute in New York City, and active listening to various organizations.

WALTER MANLEY, DIRECTOR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION OFFERINGS

Walter Manley

As one of the Next Level’s lead facilitators, consultants and key note speakers, Walter Manley has played a key role in the developing the firm’s pioneering work on microinequities.

He has an extensive background in organization development, cross cultural dynamics, corporate communications, and human resource strategic planning. A specialist in diversity management, he has designed and facilitated training programs for AstraZeneca, AT&T, Sprint, Lucent Technologies, Chase Manhattan bank, Deloitte and Touche, New Jersey Department of Personnel, New York City Department of Human Resources Administration, City of Baltimore, City University of New York, Pace University, and Bank St. College of Education. Internationally, his work includes the design of cross cultural employability programs for immigrants entering the Italian workforce for the Italian government and five years in West Africa as training consultant to the Peace Corps and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Walter’s current projects examine organizational renewal, conflict management, team building, corporate communications, gender relations, and managing change. Walter is the founder and president of the Workplace Literacy Foundation of America, Inc. He has designed and delivered social literacy and employability skills training programs for the New York City Department of Employment, the New York State Department of Labor, and nonprofit organizations including the YMCA, the Boy Scouts of America, I Have a Dream Foundation, and the Girls Club of America.

He holds a License es Lettres degree in Literature and Ethnology from the Sorbonne, University of Paris. Studied Hispanic Civilization at the University of Valencia, Spain, and African Languages and Linguistics at the University of Dakar, Senegal, West Africa. Walter is the first Faculty Scholar at the Georgetown University School of Languages and Linguistics.

UNEEDA BREWER-FRAZIER

Uneeda Brewer_Frazier

Uneeda is a coach, change consultant and expert facilitator. She coaches individuals and executives to help them enhance and improve their leadership impact and performance. She works with organizations and individuals to design and implement change initiatives that produce commitment and engagement to the future vision. She designs team and individual development interventions to help individuals and teams be more effective.

Throughout her career, Uneeda has coached and mentored individuals to reach their full potential, helped teams and team leaders work collaboratively to accomplish objectives and created work environments that respect, celebrate and engage diverse individuals in solving problems creatively and effectively.

Uneeda is a Certified Practitioner in Sociometry, Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. She also has completed training to become an Administrator using the Future Search method.

Swee Wong

Swee Wong (Swee) is an accomplished global business development director with over twenty years’ corporate and consulting services experience. She has worked internationally in Hong Kong, China, the Netherlands, and Japan with diverse responsibilities in telecommunications equipment business development for AT&T/Lucent Technologies.

Swee values action, drive, vision, innovation and teamwork in achieving business success. She has built effective regional teams in Asia and built businesses for a US company in Japan.

Her skills in cross functional team building, leadership and East-West business cultural communication are the foundation of her successes. She is fluent in three dialects of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka), and understands basic Malay and Japanese. Swee has an extensive network of contacts in Asia including Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia and India.

Bill brings over 37 years of experience in risk management, human resources, and training to the field of ‘Human Performance Improvement’. Bill managed a number of business units for The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies prior to joining The Next Level Inc. as a consultant and trainer. As a loss control engineer Bill delivered risk management services to businesses engaged in finance, manufacturing, real estate, retail, professional services, and contracting. As human resources manager Bill’s appreciation of the unique gifts, strengths, and skills of employees lead people to high performance, promotion, and commitment to the organization. Bill believes in a holistic approach to professional development: one’s purpose in life is anchored by career, health, a community of support and spiritual bearing.

HOWARD D. INMAN

Howard D. Inman

With more than 20 years of experience as a diversity advocate, Howard has worked on a variety of projects around the globe, including Nelson Mandela’s presidential campaign and Merck’s Black Employee Network. Howard was a founding member and Co-Chair of Harlem Initiatives Together, a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, interdenominational community organization affiliated with the Industrial Areas Foundation.

Howard served as the Director of Diversity and Work Environment for Merck & Co. Inc., and currently is a core trainer and facilitator for The Next Level, Inc.. Howard holds a B.A. in political science from City College of New York, and has been awarded Man of the Year from the Youth Council of the Canaan Baptist Church of Christ, the Harry Foulkrod Humanitarian Award from Merck & Co. Inc. for work in the Plainfield Middle School, and a Recognition Award for contribution toward youth empowerment for World Peace from the Religious Action Task Force.

MARIAN LICHA

Marian Licha

As a seasoned diversity consultant and trainer, Marian Licha is recognized for her expertise in cross-cultural facilitation. She honed her skills as a diversity trainer with the professional services firm, Organization Twenty-One, Inc. and is currently a core facilitator for the Next Level, Inc. Marian’s 20 years as a professional actress and her multi-cultural life experience enable her to bring to life the key messages of diversity training. As a playwright, story-teller and narrator, Marian additionally brings creativity and enthusiasm to her work.

Marian holds a B. A. from George Washington University ; and a Masters degree in Educational Theater from New York University .
