Leadership Presence

Acting for Leadership – Improvisational Leadership – Executive Storytelling

A present leader engages people on a feeling level, inspiring them to act.

- Lucia Brizzi, Leadership Presence Coach

Latest findings in neuroscience demonstrate how the leader’s emotional state spreads like contagion to create conditions for high performance or failure. Successful leaders motivate, engage and inspire though the gift of positive presence.  Yet in The Next Level’s survey of more than three-hundred Fortune 500 leaders, most executives scored presence or self-presentation as their lowest competency.  Our impressive suite of Leadership Presence Workshops draws upon techniques of acting, improvisation, storytelling, and vocal training to help participants become the leaders they need to be from wherever they sit. Workshops are co-led by a leadership coach along with professional acting, voice, and storytelling experts.

Today’s leaders must embrace change, stepping bravely into the unknown, inspiring hope and innovation instead of fear.

- Brigid Moynahan, on Leadership Presence
