The Case for Intensified Focus on Advancing Women

A newly completed study of The Rutgers Executive Leadership Program for Women (ELP) makes the most powerful argument yet for intensified focus on advancing women.

According to this independent study by the Rutgers University Center for Women and Work:

  • 96.7% of graduates report success in their careers, with 57.1% achieving promotion;

  • 68% say training gave them a better sense of what they wanted in their careers;

  • 95.7% report they continue to use what they gained from ELP in their current jobs, in many cases years after program completion. (The Rutgers Executive Leadership Program for Women has provided annual training to select candidates since 2000.)

Thank-you to the impressive alumnae who participated in this study.

There are a few seats left for sponsoring companies or candidates interested in attending the Fall ELP.  To get the discounted rate reserve by May 31st.  Click here for program information and an application.
