When I share this insight with clients, I’m not only referring to the most intense stage of childbirth, but to the challenges we face when stepping into new chapters of life. Whether navigating career shifts, leadership roles, or personal reinvention, I bring deep compassion, expertise, and evidence-based coaching methods to support individuals through times of change.


As founder of Next Level Leadership, I’ve spent decades helping leaders in healthcare, higher education, biopharma, and finance bring their authentic selves to work. I’ve been honored to guide thousands of professionals, inspiring generations of women and other perceived “outsiders” to step confidently into leadership, reshaping their teams and organizations with humane, innovative, and inclusive practices.

My work has shifted today to supporting individuals navigating personal as well as professional transitions, particularly those entering new life stages.

A cornerstone of my coaching is Focusing, a powerful, research-backed practice pioneered by Eugene Gendlin at the University of Chicago. Focusing enables people to embrace all parts of themselves with greater clarity and self-compassion as they make profound and lasting transformation. Combining this method with my leadership coaching expertise,

I help clients not just adapt to change but thrive within it. “Become the change you want in the world,” is more than just a slogan, it’s a way of life clients embrace as they move forward into healthy, productive and bountiful lives.
