5 Keys to a Good Road Trip With Virtual Success Circles

Your career, the ultimate road trip.
from Success Circle Trainer Lucia Brizzi
Through lockdown, we've launched a Virtual Success Circle program as well as hosts of sessions with individuals across our diverse range of clients. As we help you navigate this leg of the ride, we offer you how the Virtual Success Circle program can support you.

1. Know where you're going. You wouldn't get into a car without knowing this... yet so often we let our lives happen without direction. Each session offers the essential- yet too often overlooked- opportunity to clarify your personal career and life vision.
2. Great Road Buddies. Proof of the quality of relationships formed through the SC process is in their longevity. The vast majority of circles continue well beyond program end. While we like to think this is because our clients are the best (you are), we also know this is because the process offers a robust how to create ride-or-dies. Success Circle road buddies know each other's strengths, values, and vision- and are ready, willing, and able to remind each other of them when the road gets rough.
3. Simple Meeting place.  Whether you're a career-long Success Circler (launching with us in 07'), just jumping in, just got promoted, or returning from parental leave, the SC process meets you where you are. Each session, members are invited to simply show up, bags in hand, and allow the process to clarify their next 100 miles.
4. Regular Rest Stops. Each session starts by sharing success- big or small. The science of performance affirms - chunking down macro goals to micro actions and acknowledging success along the way is key to maintaining momentum... and to calming our inner "Are we there yet's."
5. Celebrate Along the Drive. Success Circles don't wait to celebrate. Whether it's accomplishing the next action-step milestone, appreciating a member's strength, or landing a big role, road trips are all about celebrating where we are, who we are, and who's in the car, right now.
