I Thought We Should Postpone

When the reality of this global health crisis set in, we were weeks away from a long-planned launch of our Success Circle Peer Mentoring™ program at a major healthcare company. But when I got on the line with their team, I heard something different: participants were saying they needed to connect “now more than ever.”  Two weeks ago, the program launched entirely virtually with all 40 participants on board. Their generosity to one another is inspiring.
