This historic moment: Circles have been housed within academia and organizations. For the first time ever, we’re offering Success Circles membership, open to individual applicants. This yearly membership offers monthly Success Circles peer coaching sessions, monthly group training (virtual and recorded for on-demand), six-month one-on-one executive coaching sessions, plus special community events. Because with uplifting community and time-tested, results-backed practices, we are brilliant.

Who should apply or be nominated?
Directors (or organization equivalent) or above high-potential leaders. Demonstrate the virtues of connected leadership including generosity, encouragement, and being values-driven. NLL does not discriminate based on race, gender, or sexual identity.
