Next Level Vision in Three Spaces

Ahead of July 19th's Next Level Vision workshop, we’re exploring the process of connected visionary leadership. Unlike top-down leadership vision, Next Level Vision emerges from the whole. Because engagement is not an afterthought— indeed, it’s in every thought—Next Level Vision inherently encourages passionate commitment. This work is not easy. And it's the kind of leadership we need for the flourishing of all.

Walt Disney famously divided the creative process into three distinct rooms: the dreamer (the visionary), the realist (the maker), and the critic (the editor). The idea being that distinct ways of being are needed at different stages. By naming separate spaces, groups can commit fully to the stage they’re in.
